The design of composite packaging should pay special attention to the selection of the base material of each layer. 2, plastic

China's food packaging plastic as many as fifteen, six, such as PE, PP, PS, PET, PA, PVDC, EVA, PVA, EVOH, PVC, ionic bond resin, etc.. The high oxygen PVA, EVOH, PVDC, PET, PA, high humidity resistance are PVDC, PP, PE etc.; resistance to radiation such as PS low temperature resistant aromatic nylon; such as PE, EVA, POET, PA etc.; oil resistance and mechanical properties as well as the ionic bonding resin. PA and PET, namely high temperature sterilization and low temperature resistance, such as PET, PA etc.. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the proper combination of plastic or plastic and other materials according to the requirements. Improper selection may lead to lower food quality and even the loss of food value. 3. Paper and paperboard

Modern packaging mainly used all kinds of processing potato (cardboard), composite paper, laminated paper (cardboard), such as polymer processing paper, wax paper processing, oil processing paper, glass paper, parchment, paper, paper / aluminum foil laminated paper. In the transport packaging, corrugated cardboard consumption is the largest, corrugated boxes, trays almost replaced the wooden box. Three, the use of advanced packaging technology

In order to prolong the shelf life of food products, the new packaging technology development, such as active packaging, mouldproof packaging, moisture-proof packaging, anti fog packaging, anti-static packaging, selective permeability packaging, packing slip, cushion packaging, the developed countries apply these new technologies, China is not universally used, some methods also belongs to the blank.
